- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and policy development, preferably in a startup environment.

- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices will be an added advantage.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related fields. 5 to 7 years of proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer, with a strong focus on Linux systems
• In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems, administration, and command-line tools
• Familiarity with VMware virtualization technologies containerization including Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in anyone scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Perl, with a keen eye for automation opportunities
• Experience in Ansible and IaaC tools
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, services, and security best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely solutions
• Working knowledge in any of public cloud platform
• Certifications such as Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or similar credentials are a plus

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

· Proven experience as a PHP Developer, with a focus on Laravel or CodeIgniter frameworks.

· Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS. Experience with other frameworks and libraries is beneficial.

· Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly WooCommerce, is advantageous.

· Familiarity with production deployment processes and tools, such as Git or Bitbucket.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
