പുതിയ PSC പുതിയ വിജ്ഞാപനം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചു | KERALA PSC NEW NOTIFICATION

(1) A First or High Second Class Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical)  of a recognised University or Institution.

OR

A Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management of a recognised University or management Institute with specialisation in

(a) Project Evaluation and Management

(b) Operations Research.

(2) Five years experience in Project Planning.

1. Degree in Automobile Engineering. OR

2. Degree in Mechanical (Automobile) Engineering.

1. Must possess a degree in Chemical Engineering  / Chemical Technology of a recognized university with a minimum 55 percent marks.

2. Minimum 2 years experience (after acquiring the degree) in a supervisory capacity in a Chemical Industry or Laboratory run by any State Government or Central Government or by any Quasi Government public enterprise. 

1 Graduation from a recognized University

2 (i) (a) Higher Grade Examination in English Typewriting (KGTE)

(b) Computer Word Processing (Higher)

(c) Higher Grade Examination in English Shorthand (KGTE)

OR

(ii) Diploma in Shorthand and Typewriting of Kerala Government Technical Education Department

(1) PDC or Plus Two or equivalent and one year experience as a Care giver in any of the child care institutions recognised by the Kerala State Orphanage Control Board under Social Welfare Department.

(2) Should possess good physique.

1. Pass in SSLC or its equivalent.

2. Vocational Higher Second

1. Pass in Standard VII or equivalent examination.

2. A period of one year experience in Blue Printing will have to be proved in a practical test conducted by the PSC.

 Must have passed VIII Standard.

Must be medically fit. (Differently abled candidates will not be considered for this post)

(i) Graduation from UGC recognised University / National Institute established by the Central Government or Institutions established by Government of Kerala or its equivalent.

(ii) Lower Grade certificate in Typewriting English   (KGTE) and Computer Word Processing or its equivalent.

(iii) Lower Grade certificate in Malayalam Typewriting (KGTE) or its equivalent.

(iv) Lower Grade Certificate in Short Hand English  (KGTE) or its equivalent.

(v) Lower Grade Certificate in Short Hand Malayalam (KGTE) or its equivalent. 

a) Accountancy qualification recognized for enrolment in Register of Members maintained by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Indian institute of Costs & Works Accountants, Calcutta or a pass in the final examination of the Costs & Works Accountants, London.

b) Five (5) years post qualification experience in a responsible capacity dealing in financial management in a major industrial establishment / Govt. organization / reputed company.

c) Knowledge in all aspects of Management, Accounting, Institutional Finance, Budgeting and Tax Planning as evidenced by experience certificate from responsible persons.

d) Knowledge in the preparation of project reports, cash flow analysis, financial analysis and in conducting feasibility studies.

(1) Pass in SSLC or equivalent qualification.

(2) Pass in Ayurveda Therapists Course conducted by Government of Kerala.

(i) A pass in SSLC or equivalent examination

(ii) Must possess a current HPV/HTV Driving License

(iii) Possession of License for driving Motor Cycle shall be a desirable qualification

i)T.H.S.L.C in Electrical Wiring and Maintenance of Domestic Appliances.

OR

ii)Pass in Secondary School Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification and National Trade Certificate in Electrician.

OR

iii)Vocational Higher Secondary Examination Certificate in Maintenance and Repairs of Domestic Appliances.

A Pass in Pre-Degree or Higher Secondary Course   (+2)

1. Pass in SSLC

2. (A)Surveying and Levelling (Lower) KGTE /  MGTE and pass in any two of the following qualifications of KGTE / MGTE .

(a) Building Drawing and Estimating (Lower)

(b) Building materials and construction (Lower)

(c) Earth work and Road making (Lower)

d) Hydraulics and Irrigation Engineering (Lower)

(e) Mensuration (Lower)

OR

(B) Certificate issued by the Director General of Resettlement Employment in Surveyor Trade under the Draftsman Training Scheme.

 A Degree in Hindi conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala.

OR

A title of Oriental Learning in Hindi awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala (if such titles has been declared as equivalent to Part III of the degree).

OR

Praveen of the Dakshina Bharatha Hindi Prachara Sabha, Madras with a pass in S.S.L.C Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent.

OR

Sahithyacharya of Kerala Hindi Prachara Sabha, with a pass in S.S.L.C Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent.

(i)  SSLC Diploma in Electrical Engineering

OR

NTC in the trade of Electrician obtained after a course of two years training in ITI or certificate in the trade of Electrician obtained after 18 months course in ITI with 6 months inplant training
